She didn’t want to be a scribe but she had needed money for her university course and now, she couldn’t get out of it. What could she do? She had bills to pay and she was struggling enough so didn’t want another reason for her landlord to try to evict her; somehow, Lin’s art equipment was there to deface his building.
Lin sighed and stared blankly at the screen of her computer.
